These last minute deals are often offered at huge discounts as a package that is paid for is better than no package at all.
This means that you do take chances of sitting separate on the flight, may not be able to stay in the exact hotel you want, or you may miss out on a fully booked entertainment you wanted to see. If this is a concern, keep an eye on the available space on any of the travel plans you want, and then grab the last seats, rooms, or tickets.
